Item not as described

When I purchased the bag it said it was a large tote bag. My email confirmation said Large tote bag, but when I received the bag it was not the Large tote bag, but a medium size bag. I looked at all my emails confirmations and noticed the item changed in the shipping email to a a medium tote. I will be calling customer service on this issue as now the item online and in the feedback email says medium.

Mislead

Super mislead, description says this bag is an 'extra large' when i opened the box, bag looks like a medium. So description says extra large, in real life looks like a medium. I am very upset, i bought this as an everyday workbag

Says it’s the large but it’s the medium size, for the prize and the material I would prefer the large.
