Sent wrong item TWICE
If they had sent me the item I had ordered, I am pretty sure I would’ve loved it. But they sent me crew socks instead of ankle socks. Not only once but twice. My original order was for ankle socks and they sent me crew socks. I had to return that item and I ordered ankle socks again. But again, they sent me crew socks. I will unfortunately have to return these items again. Before this I have always had a great experience with Macy’s, their shipping, and their products. Just appears they may need to review their fulfillment process in regards to these socks. 😊

The picture on Macys.com is NOT the Correct Item
I ordered these because the picture on the website shows ankle socks. When the item arrived they are a complete different sock. These are socks that come up to the calf (crew socks). I had to travel 30 minutes to a Macys store where the customer service gal showed me her computer screen which also displays the wrong socks for the item. What a complete hassle for a socks! I returned them. I never shop Macys and this lack of attention to detail shows me the kind of retailer they are.

I received the package of ‘’3’’ Hanes Men's Absolute Comfort Socks in a ‘’Sampling Program’’ from HANES ; The Socks are the just what I’ve been searching for . The excellent Fit, feel, comfort are superb ! The heel fits exactly where my heel is located , not around the Achilles tendon area as most socks are. socks are sold in packages for size 6-12 , well these are just a perfect fit for me as my size is 7.5 .I will Highly recommend these to anyone
