I have been buying these stockings for over 40 years and have never had a problem. The only issue now is that I can't find Gentle Brown in my size in stores.

They aren't the color I thought they would be. The black looks grey and the barely there brown is pale. Not for me.

Sheer but Pricey

Hanes Pantyhose are sheer and flattering but they are ridiculously expensive. I’m petite at 5.2 short and weigh 110 lbs. I’ve always had slightly thicker thighs for my built. Size AB fits well. As for the control top, it’s on the lighter side of support and sufficient if one has an average bulge. The color Barely There is very nice and works for a medium to tan pigment so if you’re on the lighter spectrum, the shade “Little Color” works best.

Gentlebrown

I buy these for my mom. Her color is gentle brown. She has been wearing these for over a decade. However Macy’s did not have this color so I had to go to JCPenny to purchase another pair in her preferred color.
