Disappointed
Pretty disappointed with the quality my hatch always glitches. I tried to play the Lulu‘s late night, which worked great for the first week and every time I started it it restarts itself halfway through the show pretty disappointing considering it’s really cool baby podcast. Would you use the brown noise because it doesn’t matter if that glitches it does restart itself but since it’s continuous noise, that’s fine But I could’ve just bought a cheaper sound machine that makes brown noise if it’s going to glitch like this

Dropped Hatch
After a busy weekend away with our family on the 4th of July, I accidentally dropped my toddlers hatch light when we got home. It stopped working and they emailed me about a detected issue. They sent me a new one and it works perfectly! It was so incredibly helpful. I’m thankful for their wonderful service. We LOVE our hatch lights!!

I really dislike the Rest
I really dislike the Rest 2nd generation and would really like for them to bring back the 1st generation. The 2nd app platform is way less user friendly, and the device itself it quieter. It’s so annoying to have to juggle both the 1st generation and the 2nd generation. My older kid has the 1st gen and my younger kid has 2nd gen. I hate the 2nd generation. I hate that it requires WiFi. 1st gen only requires Bluetooth.

Just perfect
We bought this hatch to actually free up my phone again haha. After 2 years of my son sleeping to Spotify, I wanted to him to have his own music. It has worked flawlessly to give him the noise he needs to drown out the rest of the home after he goes to sleep.

Extremely low volume
We had a hatch before and loved it. But this one is useless. No volume at all even when full

Still not as loud as first gen
We were really interested in the chargeable rest but the first one we got was so quiet. Quieter than the travel hatch’s we have. The team at Hatch trouble shooted and ended up sending a second one. The second one is louder and we are grateful for their help!

Have loved my hatch since my 2 (almost 3) year old was born!
My 2 (almost 3) year old is now in the routine of turning his hatch on at bedtime and he will climb right into bed and fall asleep within almost 5-10 minutes! This is the 2nd one we have gotten due to the first getting fried by a power surge. It wasn’t even a debate if we were going to change the machine. Absolutely love the battery back up in case the power goes out or flickers and doesn’t interrupt the baby sleeping!
