My review was deleted

I wrote a legitimate review of this bed that was deleted - youll see that there are 2 published reviews but there is a record of 3 reviews being left. Mine was deleted. This bed is a scam. Dont purchase it. Im exhausted in my fight to make sure no one purchases this because its terribly unsafe. I have photos of the gap between where a person sleeps and their head being stuck between the headboard. Deleted also. Just do yourself a favor and pass on this bed frame..and also bypass Serta. They sent us the wrong mattress and never remedied their error. Several calls - bot chats - Im done - I hope this review reaches ONE person who does not purchase this bed and says NO to Serta.

Warning

Frame is not 55" its 53" and an 8inch mattress does not prevent the huge gap that is created with the specs given. We ordered this bed and were shocked with the lack of safety concern that we received on behalf of both Serta and Macys. When you view the bed, the Serta Dream Haven Mattress is a recommended fit. FALSE.
