Unexpected

Totally falling apart and dipping I keep finding screws on the floor it started out awesome then c port totally stopped working then downhill from there

Good Value

The bedframe is solid. Good headboard, the USB ports and LED lights are a nice touch. The drawers lack rail support, and the locking mechanism could be better. Still, good value for the price.

Beware of assembly...

This bed frame takes a l-o-n-g- time to assemble. It is not even partially assembled as many items are. Also, could not get assembly help as Macy's said I purchased from a third party seller. I purchased from Macy's--they were my agent in this process. I got zero help in trying to find someone to assemble this frame. I had to hire a pro assembler and it cost almost as much as the bed itself!
