buyers beware!!!!

Be very careful when ordering glassware from Macy's!!!! I received to boxes of Broken dishes! The customer service was beyond poor!!! They sent the reorder to a old address and somehow blamed me!!!!

Bad experience

The product and price were fine. But they arrived to many pieces broken. The Box where they were shipped not even saying HANDLE WITH CARE not it’s saying FRAGILE. They should pay attention to that in order to prevent being sent back

Nice dishes, poor packaging!

The dishes seem fine, but the packaging is so poor. Some were broken. I don’t know how they could be packaged so poorly. Don’t waste your time ordering, they will be broken!

Lovely, perfectly sized but many BROKEN pieces!

Very excited to receive them until I picked up the box and right away could hear broken pieces inside! I had seen the many reviews of other’s who were disappointed in the lack of Care with packaging and delivery handling. I loved them so much, I took the chance and ordered. Very disappointing! I would not recommend and will not be ordering fragile items from Macys again.

Happy with Haven

We were looking for plates that would fit in our new dishwasher rack without collapsing onto each other. Many sold have upward edges or curvatures. These fit our need. The fruit bowls and deep bowls known as rice bowls are useful to have too. White goes with any table setting decor.

Damaged Items in Order

Very disappointed. I bought a 32-piece set, and five items arrived shattered (two plates and three bowls). I reached out to customer service for a replacement, but they were unhelpful and offered no solution. For the price paid, the customer care should be much better. I would not recommend buying from here.
