Multiple Items Arrived Broken

Unfortunately, several items arrived broken. Three of the large plates were broken, one of the small plates was broken, and one small bowl was broken. I’m very disappointed and hope this can be resolved.

Open Box

Box was already opened. You can tell the tape was opened and I had to ask the associate to tape the bottom of the box to reinforce it. This is a gift so I will need to exchange or get a refund.
