Received too late

I could've shopped anywhere but tried Macy's because they said they would deliver by 10/17. I even got an email claiming they were unable to deliver even though the child's party was on that date so there were people home. Child's birthday was the following day, but nothing. Finally delivered on Monday. I will NEVER order through your website again!!
