See through but cute silhouette

The dress pattern is flattering and the fabric is comfortable/stretchy, but the skirt is completely see through and the shape of the legs are visible. I have to wear thick leggings underneath or else it would be completely inappropriate at work. The top is appropriately opaque though because there's the double layer of fabric.
