Sticks and stains easily

Cons -Food sticks to the base since it is not a non stick surface . And after only one use the pan has discoloration. Pro - The pans and pots are thick to prevent burns

Henckels The Best of The Best

Henckels is a Quality Brand and has been for years. This was a Birthday Gift to my daughter in law. We were very pleased with the 10pc Set. We look forward to doing a lot of Cooking in these Pots and Pans. The quality is Amazing.

Order items well in advanced!

While I have NOT received the item yet I definitely give Macy's a failing grade! Ordered item for house warming gift on May 10. Received notification that they were shipped on May 12 and contacted them today and was informed that the order was still "on the way". I'm sorry but 7 days to get to somewhat local destination is very poor. I would have bought them from another company. Be aware they are not like other "order" companies.

Disappointed in metal quality

Sadly these pots seem to have some sort of pitting occurring after just 1-2 uses. Cleaning in warm soapy water left the surface of the pans smooth and seemingly clean but when that surface dries, there looks to be damage to the metal, in a chemical way. Will need to box up and return.

Nice set for delicious meals

Beautiful set. It went out of stock and I waited until it was back in stock. We have had willing knives for years and appreciate the quality. Little nice details like measurements inside.
