8-inch, Bread Knife Henckels

I used this knife to cut my loaf of sourdough bread and it did the job. It was still a little tough to cut through. I thought the edges would be a little more serrated. I also used it to cut tomatoes which is when I could feel how sharp the knife was as it sliced easily.

Can't complain at all for the price

I could complain about the lack of an included guard, and I wish the handle was thicker or maybe textured for grip with wet hands, but for the price, you really can't complain. Feels like a quality product in the hand. Well finished.
