This is a well balanced and comfortable knife to use. It is very sharp so cutting is easy. This paring knife has a slightly different shaped blade than the regular paring knife but I like it just as well.

Robust little knife

I was wanting to complete my "Classic" line yup and needed a pairing and bread knife. My wife likes to use the pairing knives, much more than I do and been asking me to get one, for some time. Pretty robust little cutter and makes my wife happy.
