This review is from HENCKELS International Classic Utility Knife, 6" Great knife. Need replacement handle
I have had this knife for many years and it's been great. The handle is cracked and I cannot find anyway to replace it. I believe its plastic or something similar. Any suggestions would be great.

Well not the same knife as the one I had recently for years! Didn’t realize there not made in Germany any longer!! That sucks and you can tell from the blade, lil to light and thin for my liking.. I’ll keep it and use it but not the same as before unfortunately!!

Fathers day gift
My dad had one before, but accidently threw it away. I bought another one as a gift for fathers day and loves it still.

I’ve had this knife for over 20 years and use it several times a week. I hope to always have a Henckels chef knife as part of my core kitchen tools.

I needed a second serrated knife for my larger citrus and tomatoes. Currently, I use the Zwilling Pro 8" Bread Knife for my loaves but don't like to go back and forth with the same knife between bread and juicy fruit/veg. I didn't want to spend as much for this second knife so went with the HENCKELS version. It is perfect! Some minor differences in the finish and feel of the handle, but the blade is clearly high quality and functions just as well. I wash by hand.

Worst knife ever!
The worst knife I have ever used. It has an uncomfortable square shaped handle, no comfortable or natural grip or contour. It slices ok then all the food sticks to the knife sides and doesn’t release. It’s really a dangerous item trying to remove food adhered to both knife sides after each slice. I do not recommend this brand.
