Deboning knife

This is my second deboning knife in 63 years. If it’s as good as the first one it’s a winner. It is very sharp. I do take my knives to a shop every spring to have them sharpened. Absolutely hate a dull knife. Have always used this brand with no issues. This brand uses full German steel and the style I use has a full tang. You won’t be disappointed.

Made short work of chicken thighs
