Cuts left hand

This knife cuts aggressively to the left. If you are right handed it cuts towards the hand holding th enters and can easily cut

A joy to use

I got this model to match a set a bought 8 years ago. All the other knives are still in great condition and hold an edge when sharpened. This one cuts my crusty sourdough bread with ease! It’s a true joy to use compared to the 5 in multipurpose serrated knife I was trying to cut bread with.

Excellent bread knife

I purchased a Premio 8 Bread Knife by J.A. Henckel. It is an excellent bread knife. Highly recommend. Goes so easily thru bread without pushing the bread down.

Must not have read the fine print

I was so disappointed to receive the knife and see that it was made in China! I thought this was a real high-quality, German-made knife. I didn't use it -- I returned it to the store.
