Henckels knife set

This Henckels knife set appears to be well made. It was purchased for a Christmas gift, so it has not been used yet. But, since I have personal experience with Henckels knives, I am sure the recipients will enjoy these knives for many years.

Very good set!

I’ve been using this set of knives only for a month but I really love them. I’m aware that a proper maintenance is required otherwise the knives become dull easily so don’t expect that the blames will be sharp for long time. I have bought very high top knives and I ruined some of them for not knowing how to take care of them. I also bought a good sharpener and now I know how to keep the blades in good condition.

Well balanced, stays sharp for a long time for at home use . If I worked in a restaurant I would still use synergy knives .

This starter set has all the knives I need. Includes a paring knife, utility and chef's knife, all that I use nothing I don't. I've definitely taken on a more minimalist approach to life and I was happy to find that I can get by with a set of three knives, rather than an entire block. Takes up less room in the kitchen and is kinder to my pocketbook.
