Sharp and easy to use.

This knife easily slices the toughest bread. My older knife was a hassle due to shorter teeth; wouldn't easily slice especially at the end of the process. Totally enjoy working with it. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Perfect Knife for this Sourdough Baker!

Six months of exclusively homemade sourdough bread in my kitchen, called for a worthy bread knife. I shopped very carefully and this Henckels knife was my choice. It is even more perfect than I expected; the handle is smooth and sturdy and comfortable in the hand and the blade glides right through a freshly-baked loaf of sourdough. Absolutely a delight to use, and beautifully designed, as well.

Perfect size and weight

I had been using a cheap bread knife at our summer house, but sick of it barely cutting. My friends bought this bread knife as they were sick of me complaining, and I LOVE it! Cuts beautifully, and perfect weight for a loaf of homemade rustic bread!
