Great Shears
Excited to have purchased these shears. I love how sturdy they are and that they have a safety latch to prevent the blades from opening when stored away. Too bad the blades don’t come apart (thus the 4 stars); this would make washing and drying much better. Other than that, very happy with this purchase.

Great design and quality!
These poultry shears were a bit of a splurge, but totally worth it! Very happy with the quality and ergonomic design. These shears have a great shape giving them leverage and comfort to not fatigue your hands. They're by far the best quality and design I've had, my only regret is not splurging sooner!

Good but loose screw
it’s good shear for cutting chicken. but after an year of use the screws loosened and it’s hard to use now!!

Makes "Carving Up" Chicken a Breeze!
These shears make it so unbelievably easy to "carve up" my roast chicken and I no longer have to worry about dulling my knives when I inevitably try to quarter in the wrong place. Can't wait to use these to spatchcock a chicken for the grill this summer! My only issue with these shears is that sometimes the latch catches when they're in use and you need to re-open it.
