So far so good

I’ve been using the Henckels Graphite 20-Piece Self-Sharpening Knife Block Set for about a week now, and I’m already blown away. I’ve owned Henckels knives before, so I expected good quality but this set goes above and beyond. I cook every day for my family and also handle big holiday meals, so I need knives that can keep up. These do everything well. Every knife feels perfectly balanced, incredibly sharp, and surprisingly comfortable to use for long prep sessions. The built-in sharpening slots are a game-changer every time I pull a knife out, it feels like new. One thing I wasn’t expecting is how gorgeous this set looks. The graphite finish and the clean, modern block make it a real countertop upgrade. It’s one of the nicest-looking knife sets I’ve ever owned. I will say though, the block it comes with is extremely large and barely fits on my counter. Whether I’m chopping veggies, slicing meat, or doing more detailed prep, every knife performs flawlessly. For a home cook with a bit of a “pro” mindset, this set hits the sweet spot between performance, durability, and design.

Stay away from cheap finishes!!!

The finish on these knives are very cheap. I bought thes knives in August of this year and they look like KMART GRADE. Very embarrassed at the quality that I gave for a gift😭😭😭😭😭💄

Don’t buy

I bought these as a gift thinking they were quality German steel with wooden handles , Once I received them I was quite disappointed. They’re made in India of unknown steel , they have cheap plastic handles and the plastic is rough on the corners. It appears the butt cap is glued on and not part of the tang , the blades are thin and the block is huge way to big for a normal counter top and last but not least the block has scuff marks on the bottom leading me to believe these were used .
