Favorite knife

I have had this knife for many years-my go to favorite for nearly all my kitchen tasks. Bought another as I tired of fishing my fav from the dishwasher every time I needed!

Unbelievably BAD

I just got my Henckels Solution 5.5-inch Prep Knife yesterday and gave it a test run. I was so incredibly disappointed by the feel of the cuts. The bevels have an uneven ground, so now I actually have to spend time to fix this blade. I have a Definition chef's knife from over 6 years ago that's still better this this new prep knife. I can't believe that this is the standard of quality control now.
