Poor sharpness

Dullest knife I have ever received. Disappointed that the perception of German quality is now made in India. Quality shows as it is dull as a hoe.

Unbelievably BAD

I just got my Henckels Solution 5.5-inch Prep Knife yesterday and gave it a test run. I was so incredibly disappointed by the feel of the cuts. The bevels have an uneven ground, so now I actually have to spend time to fix this blade. I have a Definition chef's knife from over 6 years ago that's still better this this new prep knife. I can't believe that this is the standard of quality control now.

Great smaller knife

So far so good. Opened my new product packaging and put my knife right to work cutting up chicken. Works great so far! Nice and sharp and smaller so i don't have to grab the big knife all the time. Fits nicely in my hand and seems well balanced. Thanks Henckel fo making such a great product!
