This is not the Henckels quality I am used to

I bought this knife as a replacement to my Henckels Santoku I've had for years. This is NOT the same quality. Lightweight, not very good steel, and stamped "Made in India". Returning it for a QUALITY knife made in Germany.

Pretty good knife so far

This knife has kept its sharpness, has not broken or chipped, still cutting well. I wish it had a bit more weight to it, but so far so good.
