THE OBJECT: The bottle, created by Philippe Mouquet and inspired by the Collier de Chien bracelet, is tinted with an amber gradient, echoing the depth of the Barénia Eau de Parfum Intense. Its gentle elliptical curves balance out the strength of the pyramidal studs with their domed sides. An eccentric androgynous option

This scent definitely won’t be for everyone, but that’s the point. To me, it starts off sharp and bitter but mellows in about 30 minutes to the most luxe blend of leather and florals. I don’t get a lot of patchouli in this personally. Its sillage is a bit weaker than I’d hoped for an intense flanker to the original Barenia, but I don’t mind reapplying during the day. I’m on the fence about whether or not I’ll repurchase once this one is empty, but I can say it’s a very unique leather-floral that is great for women who, like me, are more androgynous than feminine. This perfume is Tilda Swinton in a market full of Margot Robbies.

Not loving the scent

I couldn’t wait to get this perfume…..it’s ok, but not crazy about the scent. It’s a strong scent & a heavy scent…..I’ll use it, but won’t order it again!
