Awesome pan. I can make

Awesome pan. I can make my Gordon Ramsay style scrambled eggs perfectly. Fried eggs are always 12/10, excellent. Love the flush rivets for frittata’s & shakshouka. It IS my dedicated egg pan.

Great surface, absolutely flat

I had been using older non-stick skillets (12") and upgraded to this one. It is perfect! It feels good to hold and is a good weight. And it is absolutely flat!

Pretty good

It's an excellent pan. The non stick works great and the heat distributes evenly even on my induction stove. The handle is comfortable and elegant. It does get quite hot at the base after some time on the stove.

Hestan Titum skillets really pan out!

This is perhaps the best non-stick pan I have ever owned. And the best part is that food prepared in this pan tastes much better than the food prepared in our old non-stick pan. So, kudos to the engineers at Heston for creating a durable non-stick and non toxic easy to clean skillet!
