My husband loves this skillet! I tried and failed to get him to use the Nano skillets for weekend eggs but he refused. Our old nonstick was far too gone to be safe. I used it for pancakes and it worked like a dream!

Best fry pan
It turned out to be a great purchase. Eggs do not stick at all! I have fry pans from All Clad, Le Creuset, but Hestan’s is a far better quality.

Perfect Gift
I purchased this titanium nonstick skillet as a gift for my daughter who is a busy mom of a toddler. She has tried other very expensive non stick pans that are not really non stick and cannot be placed in the dishwasher. She loves this pan. It is not stick and cleans up like a breeze.

Best Pans Ever
My wife and I recently bought the 8, 10 and 12 inch Titum set and love them so much that we are making up exuces to cook. We are good in the kitchen but were frustrated with stainless because we could never quite get tuned into the perfect balance of temperature and fat so that food wasn’t sticking and cleaning a big pain. The Hestan Titum solved our problems, and they are non-toxic, which was important to us. We did buy silicone tools and are handwashng the pans even though metal tools and dishwasher use is theoretcilly okay but we want to treat these with reverence so we can max out their life span and potential. Could not recommend the Titum more highly!

My easy mode pan…. . !
Simple, versatile, and perfect. Love these pans, I “allow” the whole family to use them. They respond well to high heat and overcook situations if you make an error. Basically a pass on technique, but if technique is important, you’re not using this pan. A daily grinder that will produce is what this is. .

Well Made
It seems really well made. Heating the pan feels like it takes a really long time. Much longer then cast iron. Otherwise highly recommend.

A professional perspective
I cook breakfast in a small boutique hotel. I’ve been using cheap nonstick pans for years now. I’ve only had nice nonstick pans during my tenure at the Ritz Carlton (Mafter Bourgeat). I still use one of those pans today, so a well made non stick pan can last a lifetime if it’s well maintained. That pan is 30 years old. The Hestan pans are built like a tank. I particularly like the seamless rivets; clean up is easy with a sponge and blue soap. The smaller (egg) pan is bigger than I’m used to. The open design has much more usable surface area. The eggs cook faster at a lower temperature. At CIA we were taught about the four parts of an egg white, and with an even temperature you can see the egg whites set at different times. I flip them just before the inner whites set; over fifteen seconds for easy and over thirty seconds for medium. I wish the sides were sloped and the pan was smaller, but I’ve adapted already. The coating is very slippery, so it only takes a flick to get them over. The 9 1/2 inch pan makes gorgeous omelettes. Again, sloped sides would make rolling the omelettes onto the plate easier, but I have figured that out too. I use a high heat silicone spatula and neutral sauté oil. Nothing fancy. I seriously doubt I’ll need another set of pans, although I’ll probably get another egg pan or two so I can do multiple orders of fried eggs at a time.
