Shipping Incomplete

I ordered 2 of these, only 1 was delivered. My tracking indicated both were delivered. I tried to contact Customer Service, and got a page that said the best thing was to "chat online," using the link "at the bottom of the page." There was no link to chat. Another option was contact the seller. Again, no link to contact the seller. This was a Christmas gift, and I'm still trying to figure out how to ask about it. Also, for the price, it's a very small basket.

Always a Great Gift

I bought this for my granddaughter who is on her own. She loved receiving this surprise and as always with Hickory Farms it was fresh and very delicious. She really enjoyed it.

Hickory Farms Cheese set from Macy's

Very pricey for what it was, and the order came a week after Christmas, it was originally supposed to arrive several days before the holiday. The crackers tasted stale and the cheese was a bit too crumbly, not as fresh as I expected. I suggest skipping the high-priced Hickory Farms items at Macy's and instead, buy the products direct from a HF kiosk.
