HUGE sweater sizing off

I realize this is "oversized" and I ordered a medium but even an XS would have been too big for the person I was buying it for. I returned it, it was also dirty when I went to pick it up.

Over sized and poor quality

Super over sized and poorly made. The knitting is loose and holely. Material being soft is the only positive. Looks like it would not hold up after the second wash. The small fits like a large. The medium fits like a XL.

Sweater

Present to my daughter, it's nice, warm, and of good quality. However it runs a big, we had to return and order a smaller size. And even so it's still looks buggy. But she likes to wear this way.
