Toooooo small

I ordered this shirt in 1XL and it looks like it was a XL for children. Very incorrect item was sent. I was so frustrated and put it away loosing my money/ be serious please

The color and material are fine however the collar was large and floppy. Somewhat disappointed because I thought sweater would be a better fit.
