Received broken

Like most of the reviews the item arrived in pieces. The company who makes the item just puts it in a box. No packaging whatsoever. Macy’s wraps it in one piece of bubble wrap and sends it on its way. Why even bother? What a waste. Truly disappointed.

Not Snow White-beware

Just received the sugar and creamer and appetizer plates—sad to see that they are not Snow White but rather yellowed hue as well look a bit cheaply made. Thought they would match my older mugs. Alas. Service was good. Color disappointing.
