Well made ornament

Holiday Lane Glass Finial Ornaments

The three Holiday Lane Glass Finial Ornaments I purchased as a gift were beautiful, and were a great success as a gift. I really appreciate the sale, which allowed me to purchase more of them. The only issue I had was, when I ordered on line Macys sent me an email showing my full order and said it was ready for pickup. But, when I arrived at the Orland Park store, that same day, first they could not find my order, then they found part of my order. But, they no longer had one if the ornaments I had ordered. It turns out they sent me an email that my full order was ready for pick up, before they actually pulled my order. And, another on the floor customer actually picked one of the last ornaments I really wanted. Had the store employee would of actually pulled my order before they sent me the confirmed order email, I would have had the full order I wanted. To make matters more frustrating I needed these ornaments for the next day , as a gift. Plus, I was in the store for an hour and a half for this issue only. I initially purchased the glass reindeer, but had to accept a substitute of a glitter plastic one. Your ornament selection is beautiful, but the employee needs to pick the order before sending the customer a confirming email. I hope this process can be rectified in the future.
