They sent broken pieces

I ordered 6 of these Christmas pins. Apparently the reason they were in stock was because they were broken and no customer wanted them, so when it came time to sell them over the internet they packed up the broken ones because these items are non-returnable. It seems common to throw damaged goods back into stock piles so they can be sold online to unsuspecting customers who have no recourse.

Never delivered

I just keep getting emails that basically say nothing. Macy's has ripped me off before. They will send a CG email and then nothing...no refund just a link to reorder...shame on you

Brooch arrived broken

Nice looking brooch but it arrived with the pin attachment broken and unable to use. Good price but unfortunately no return and not useable.
