Poor quality

The ornament itself was beautiful, despite missing "Believe." However, the hanging mechanism was so poorly attached the ornament fell and shattered the first day I hung it on my tree.

No Believe on ornament

complete rip off. The word Believe is missing and it seems this is common. I don't have a Macys close by and the cost to return will be more than the purchase. I would like them to mail me one that has the word Believe as is in the photos.

Where is the “Believe”?

I’m not sure why the item is called “Believe on a storefront ornament” when the word “Believe” isn’t even written on the 2025 edition. I love Macy’s, but I have received ornaments different from the ones I’ve ordered TWICE in the past six months. I will be returning!
