Need for my son's wedding

After many years in casual clothes, sweats and yoga pants, I am looking for a gown for my son's wedding. What a shock to see my full figure in the mirror! My friend recommended that I purchase shaper wear and specifically recommended Honeylove. I did buy and now I wear when I am in the fitting room to try on gowns. I really feel that my shape is more in tact with the mid waist shaper. I certainly will be wearing it at my son's wedding.

Beats all Competitors

I’m getting married in March, and I tried on all brands of shapewear- spanx, skims, etc and Honeylove beats them all! It has the best tummy control. Smooths me out for my tighter fitting bridal dress. Hides all my bumps and rolls! I won’t use anything else. I’m hoping they start making longline bras in the future.

Mid waist short

It fit fine except that the leg openings were too big. The excess material created a bunching under the dress so I had to return it.

Runs big

Way too big but love the idea, rise and shaping. Was looking for something to wear under my wedding dress and need it to fit snug. Size small was way too big. And in other brands I wear a s/m in shape wear. For reference 5’1 and 125lbs.

An expensive disappointment

I had very high hopes for these after reading all of the glowing reviews, but unfortunately they just don't do anything they're supposed to do. No compression at all except around the hem of the legs, which is not what you want. They roll down immediately and constantly, even when standing. The gusset is bunchy, uncomfortable, and so awkwardly placed that I can't imagine using the bathroom in these. Also, I'm 5'1" with a short torso, and these barely reach my natural waist—on anyone taller, they'd dig and create a roll. To top it off, it was immensely difficult to leave this review, which makes me question how there are so many positive reviews on the site.
