zipper quality assurance

my first use was 2 months after purchasing. after the 1 wash, I noticed the zipper seam came apart, leaving a big hole. The material is not soft and it's not anti wrinkle

Description says “white” but it’s off-white with a yellowish hue. Buy Charter Club instead if you want crisp white!

Perfect in fit and look -680 Cotton Duvet

We purchased the Hotel Collection 680 Thread Supima Cotton Duvet. It is a perfect queen size, has a good weight, and our new comforter, also purchased through Macy's, fits nicely inside.

Must Have Comforter.

Awesome Comforter, saved me $ on heating costs. Keeps me really warm during the cold winter months! I was very surprised by it’s warmth be because it is down alternative so for me, it’s a double bonus! Love it!

Excellent Quality and Perfect Fit - Recommended

The overall quality of the duvet cover is superb and it fit my hotel collection duvet perfectly. The zipper enclosure is very practical and convenient and gives an upscale look vs buttoned enclosures. The feel, thickness and fabric weight is excellent compared to the typical thin duvet covers on the market today, making for a cozy and comfortable sleeping experience overall. I can tell the cover is very durable and will last for a long time. Finally, the very light silvery gray color is a pleasing shade and a great choice if one is looking for something different from bright white. I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to others. I am considering a second cover in white to alternate with.

It did not include the two pilowxases.

It did not include the two pillowcases, as shown in the picture. I haven't been able to find the pillowcases to buy them separately.
