Unfortunately the packaging or the web site doesn't offers any warranty information. In the reviews someone wrote they were told 90 days. We change sheets weekly alternating with another set of Sam's Club sheets we've had 8 years. These sorry sheets have only been washed 18 times according to the care instructions. After 6 -8 washes they began to pile. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I do have the receipt if Macy's dares to reach out and make good. You have my email.

They are nice sheets. The blue color is good. I was just hoping for a thicker material with 680 thread count.
Hotel Collection Sheet Size
I bought this Hotel Collection queen fitted sheet from youin December. While the fabric is lovely, the size is questionable. My mattress isn't as thick as many others, and yet, the sheet barely fits. I also purchased the same model flat sheet, which is actually too wide! This sizing is why I gave these sheets a mediocre rating.

I just bought a second set after having the first set for several months and loving them! They are the perfect blend of thick with structure while being soft and not too hot. They’re comfortable and never catch on my dry skin. I love them for summer and winter. I also love their size because they’re on the larger end so they don’t pull off the mattress on the corners and there is plenty of coverage on both sides of the bed. In short, I love them so much I bought a backup set for wash days to replace my previous backup set.

Soft and comfy to sleep on. Supima cotton makes a difference.

Hello the Thread count 680 is very dense and not very breathable , in retrospectove we should have gone with the~500 lower count , The compaint is that instead of this WHite Hotel collection item we received a Blue Fairfield square sheets , I had to drive over to nearest macy to do the exchange ,

This is our second purchase of these sheets. Super soft and cool, higher threadcounts are heavier and less comfortable. We will purchase again
