Don’t buy from Macys
Would have given this a fair rating however it is poor due to the lack of customer service from Macys while picking up my order and them not sending me notification that my order was still in transit I received an email saying that my order was ready for pick up on December 9 showed up a few days later with customer service very rudely informing me that my order was still in transit again no email still haven’t received an email and it’s the next day . This is the first time I am buying an online order from Macy’s. I also asked for a refund since I no longer need the order all the answer I received was I had to wait for the item to arrive at the store. Let it sit there for seven days, not pick it up and then I would receive a refund. This is very inconvenient on top of everything else.
