Too big

Purchased Medium size based on Size chart. It was way off. Looked like it was bit bigger than Large size. Had to exchange for Small. Will review that once package is delivered.

How do they expect me to rate them? I still haven't received the product after waiting almost a month, then they send discount codes that don't even work, apologizing for the delay.
