Portable Recovery That Lives Up to the Hype

I give the Hyperice Normatec Go a 5-star rating (9/10). These have become one of my favorite recovery tools after long runs and CrossFit workouts. The compression feels fantastic, helping reduce soreness and leaving my legs feeling refreshed and ready for the next training session. I also appreciate how portable they are, making it easy to recover at home or while traveling. The only reason I didn’t give them a perfect 10/10 is that they can be a little difficult to position correctly the first few times. Once you figure out the proper fit, they’re comfortable and work exactly as intended. Overall, the Normatec Go delivers excellent compression therapy in a compact, portable design. If you’re looking for an easy way to speed up recovery between workouts, I highly recommend it.
