Used and re ticketed

Received the bag. It is cute but very small. Besides that I received a used re ticketed purse.. and it had several of the sequins missing like are you serious? So someone used this probably for one occasion then returned it and they resell it? I paid full price for it. If I want to something used I’d go to goodwill. Not sure what is going on with Macys lately but they’re starting to disappoint me. Back it goes.
