great material and fit

for someone like me who has a difficult shape to fit: wide hips, skinnier legs, and short legs. phew, what a mess! These fit really well. Granted on me they are not slim fit but my legs are skinnier than plus size but my waist needs plus size. And I got the short version for 2x short and they fit great. inseam on 2x short is 27 inches and for me that is perfect! I never wear heels. so I needed the shorter version. The mateial is very soft, not like the other iNC styles. I love the softness of the fabric! of about 12 pairs of pants I have tried at different stores these fit me the best!

My favorite

I like the fit. I like the material and that they are a deep black color that does not fade. I wish they were pointe in this style.

Comfortable and Versatile

As described, these pants are very 'high-rise' above the waistline. I bought the short length and they are still longer than expected, probably because of the 'high-rise.' The fabric and fit are different than the original version of these INC ponte knit pants that I bought numerous times in the past which Macy's no longer carries. I still rate 4 stars because INC has never failed in quality. The pants I've purchased over the years hold their color and fit wash after wash without pilling, shrinkage or stretching although I only hang dry my clothes. They are very comfortable and dressed up or down as activewear. Highly recommend these Macy's exclusive, I.N.C. International Concepts Plus Size High-Rise Slim-Fit Ankle Pants, to plus size customers. Thanks Macy's for carrying plus size in shorter lengths for full-sized fashion.
