Staff was rude

The boots are a rich chocolate, so cute, however I needed to go up in size so I returned them the next day and both of the ladies who serviced me were so unpleasant and treated me like I owed them something for doing their job. I maintained my composure and let her finish the exchange. The staff in the Southpark location could use some coaching. Everyone has bad days so don’t make others worse with your energy.

Calf sizing

These are wide calf friendly however if your calf’s are bigger than 17 inches don’t even buy them them will be extra tight. Also the calf is wide not the actual shoe so be mind

Material is too plastic looking

When trying them on in front of mirror, I twirled around to see full effect and it already had a plastic looking crease where fold over hit foot line!

Do not buy if you have small calves!

The calf was too wide so I had to return them. I am 5'8 and 140lbs

I need these in all colors

These boots are stunning I was a little nervous reading some of the reviews regarding sizing, I ordered my actual size 9, and they fit perfectly, they’re well constructed, the leather is of quality and they are extremely comfortable My only hiccup is that they’re sold out. I need these in every color, Macy and INC please restock asap

Upset

The shoes' quality is excellent, but the toe section is unusually small. My usual size is 6, but I initially ordered a 7.5, which proved too tight, leading me to return them for an 8.5. Regrettably, this size was also too tight around the toe, prompting another return. But this return was final!
