Sizing is not accurate

Did not realize this was a final sale - I've been buying from Macy's for years and never ran into a final sale before. The dress itself is beautiful but the sizing is completely off - I usually go between L and XL in INC dresses. I ordered XL this time but the top part did not fit at all, it was so tight, couldn't even zip it up. The top part was more like a M. Very disappointing.

DEFECTIVE DRESS

This dress is not sized correctly. The top fits like a medium and the bottom like an extra large. TERRIBLE and because it was on sale, NOT RETURNABLE even though the product is mis sized. Shame on Macys . Very disappointed

beautiful dress

I love this dress, but I was very disappointed in the sizing. I went by the sizing measurements, but the bust area was entirely too tight. The rest of the dress (bottom half) fit well. I bought this on clearance online and I don't believe I can exchange for the next size up. I got blouses the same day in the same size and same brand that fit perfectly. I am not certain how this happened. It is like the bust was mis sized, or maybe it's my own body shape. One good reason it is better NOT to buy online, but I appreciate the convenience of online shopping.

Dress does not fit , feels tight, I was not aware I couldn’t return it bc it was last act ugh Now what do I do with a dress I paid for, & won’t fit????
