Costumer Service Major Fail

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report repeated incidents of unacceptable and disrespectful behavior that my mother and I experienced at one of your Macy’s locations. I am submitting this after already leaving prior reviews and speaking directly with store management, yet seeing no meaningful resolution. During two separate encounters, both my mother and I were spoken to disrespectfully, called out of our names, and treated in a manner that was hostile and dismissive. In one instance, merchandise was thrown or shoved toward us, rather than handed over appropriately. The employees involved showed little concern for their behavior and appeared confident there would be no consequences, even when we requested their names. We did report these incidents to store management. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the root issue such as employee conduct, training, or accountability we were repeatedly offered financial compensation. While I understand goodwill gestures, money does not correct behavior, nor does it prevent future customers from experiencing the same treatment.
