Sent without the embellished neckline

The embellished neckline was missing and Macy's sent out anyway :( It also had a final sale sticker that was covered over by the store with a plain white sticker. It's just a plain grey boxy sweater without the embellished neckline. Returned

Pretty and soft but runs big

The sweater feels soft, and looks nice but runs large - I ordered an XL and usually INC runs a bit small on me but probably could have used a Large
