sweater isn't as long as shown in the pix

This sweater is nice and thick and warm. It is cotton blend and washes nicely. It is also very loose and roomy which is what I like. My complaint is that it isn't as long as shown in the pix. I'm 5'3", shorter than the model in the pix but the sweater hits her much much lower than it does me. Of course the model doesn't have any breasts so maybe that is why the sweater hits lower on her.

The perfect, cozy sweater

I LOVE this sweater!! If they had more colors I would buy more. Soft, comfortable and warm yet stylish with the v-neck. This also fits over my arm brace post surgery so I can have a long sleeve sweater and feel normal. The perfect oversized, soft sweater with a v-neck.

Runs large

Too large and bulky even though I got XS. I’m 5-3 120lbs for reference. Quality seems nice. Just didn’t look good on me so returning.

Never Received and Never sent to USPS for shipping

I was billed for this the minute I placed my order but that's all Macy's did. They notified me the order was delayed and now tracking shows estimated delivery is 11/24, but today is Thanksgiving and tracking still shows the package was never actually sent to USPS for delivery. Now I'm hoping that Macy's issues me a refund. I also have 3 other items that show delivery is delayed and I'm hoping that these items were actually shipped and not just billed.
