A long standing good customer

The wrong order sent, I received a mint green blouse that I did not order size medium. I ordered the sweater showing above. I am very disappointed in your service. It is an inconvenience to return it by mail or bring it into the store. Also, I missed the day the sweater is to be used.

Inc cardigan

I ordered both M and L for this cardigan since I wasn’t sure how it would fit. Unfortunately neither worked as I am petite, 5”1, 140 lbs. Even the M size especially the sleeves were too long and too loose. I liked the length of it. This cardigan was quite heavy for me. Someone who likes warm sweaters would appreciate it. The material was nice but not sure if it would pill in future. It was a dressy and comfortable cardigan and would look great with leggings. The grey color was very pretty and the buttons were elegant. Sadly both sizes had to be returned.

Runs Large

Lovely heavier weight sweater. Two problems: It's sized very large and looser cuff and sleeve length. I am 5'7" 135lbs and the small hung on me. The sleeve length was just long enough but ok. I did not order a small size in fear the sleeves would be too short
