Bad packaging

Nice shoes but you can do better with shoe packaging by making sure the boxes are held tightly in place with a band. The stones in the shoes fell off because it wasn’t well packaged and was already out of the box by the time it was delivered.

The straps have no give causing the heel to pull forward. This makes the shoe hard to put on. Once on it is extremely uncomfortable as it digs into your heel. Cute shoe otherwise. They should've added elastic on the straps. They may fit if you go up a size.
