Packaging is the PITS!

My order was delivered today and the shirt was literally "balled up" into an extra small shipping bag. Therefore, it is ultra wrinkled. This is not the first time I've received a delivery of some sort of clothes packaged in this way and I don't appreciate it. Macy's can do better than this!
