Overwhelming disappointment

The white shirt arrived with a broken button clasp and the lavender shirt was irregular ( damaged clasp and stitching where the button clasp was supposed to be. The MAC correction pen was defective. It stopped pumping after the 30 return policy and I purchased a pair of boots the qwre previously worn and Macys sent them scuffed. The area was a completely different color. Horrible! Last purchase.

Lovely, but . . .

Lovely appearance but the hook-and-eye closure needs to actually have an 'eye' . My blouse came with the hook sewn on but no eye to complete the closure. Helps when you can impose on friends who know how to sew in order to make this blouse wearable.
