Dissatisfied!

Not happy. Received product but only 1 instead of 2 (supposed to be a set of 2). When I spoke with Macy's associate, they claimed that I would have to return the 1 for a refund but I wanted it......I just wanted them to send the second ofthe set but they would not. Very disappointed with Macy's. They referred me to the "third party", iDESIGN company whom then told me that I should call Macy's. Absolutely ridiculous!!
